Qualifications

• Willingness to mentor direct support professionals.
• Must meet state criminal background check and training requirements.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to learn needs and build relationships.

• Assist management in implementing programs effectively.
• Attend department meetings to gain understanding.
• Review programs to ensure comprehensive services.
