West Star Aviation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support program execution across multiple sites, driving standardization and continuous improvement. You will partner with program and project managers, GMs, and support teams to align KPIs and implement best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading technical programs in MRO, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a bachelor’s or higher; A&P or Airframe cert preferred. Some travel and a hands-on, fast-paced environment are expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A&P certificate preferred, or at minimum an Airframe certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience as a lead technician or similar role across locations.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Establish Standard Work baseline processes and KPIs across sites.
• Monitor program operations and identify opportunities to improve execution and efficiency.
• Support development of tech-by-tech training to enable growth.
• Promote consistent team management aligned with baselines.
• Initiate projects reducing waste and lowering operating costs.
• Engage leads to ensure alignment on improvements and timelines.
• Provide regular status reports on program health and benefits.
