West Star Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream Program Coordinator to support multi-site program execution and drive standardization, improvements, and tight alignment with strategic goals. The role partners with Program Managers, General Managers, and support teams to implement best practices across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a lead technician or similar, strong data skills (Excel/Power BI), and familiarity with change management.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A&P certificate preferred, or at minimum an Airframe certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience as a lead technician or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Establish standard work baselines and measure program KPIs.
• Monitor operations across sites to improve execution and efficiency.
• Engage managers and leads to ensure alignment with baseline expectations.
• Track program metrics and provide status reports on progress.
