Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fiscal and payroll support, including overseeing faculty appointments and cost allocations in Workday.
• Process reimbursements, invoices, travel reimbursements, and course releases for SNHCL faculty.
• Prepare and reconcile budgets for state funds, scholarships, discretionary, and Founder's budgets.
• Coordinate quarterly department duties and manage event planning and administrative operations.
