The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
The Sr. Program Support Coordinator, Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key administrative and operational processes within the Division of Academic Affairs. The role focuses on managing and streamlining all aspects of part-time faculty, teaching assistant (TA), and preceptor, appointment, and onboarding processes across programs.
This position serves as the central liaison between Academic Affairs, Human Resources, and academic program areas (MDE, DNP, Simulation), ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely execution of workflows. The role also supports accreditation-related initiatives and provides project and administrative support to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs (ADAA) of DNP programs.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director DNP Programs
