As the Partial Care Supervisor, you will work within our adult partial care located in Princeton, Mercer County NJ.
From young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community. Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.
Located in Princeton, Mercer County NJ
The applicant must demonstrate a knowledge of wellness and recovery principals, awareness of the impact and limitations of mental health illness and social functioning. In addition, the applicant must have the ability to convey trust and gain respect from the population served. He/she must also possess superb written and verbal skills.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Director, the Program Supervisor, will provide oversight and supervision of direct care staff, support with counselor duties and assist the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of the Partial Care program. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for, but not limited to performing the following functions:
