Job summary

Oaks Integrated Counseling in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the program’s day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Program Director on growth opportunities.

The role includes budgetary responsibility, overseeing clinical charts, and supervising a motivated team while expanding services like EAP and managed care. A Master’s in a mental health field, five years in the mental health system, two years of supervision, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA, MSW, MS) in a mental health related field.
• Five years’ experience in the mental health system.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with mentally ill in imminent distress.
• LCSW/LPC required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with Program Director on growth opportunities.
• Budgetary responsibility.
• Assist the Director with oversight of clinical charts.
• Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated and effective team.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff/interns.
• Coordinate and expansion of program services (i.e. – EAP, IIH, managed care, etc.).
• Ensure staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
• Involvement in all agency and program specific CQI initiatives.
• Promote collaboration across systems and programs.
• Closely monitor billing with AR for each program element within purview.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
