Job summary

University of California, Irvine’s Department of Surgery seeks a Program Coordinator to manage the Military-Civilian Partnership Program, Medical Education Programs, and Quality Improvement projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in academic, medical, or research settings preferred.
Familiarity with credentialing or privileging processes is advantageous.
Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day support for the UCI Military-Civilian Partnership Program and related Medical Education Programs.
Credential military medical personnel and ensure licensure and privileging requirements are met prior to rotations.
Maintain rotation schedules and track KSAs for rotating providers; evaluate educational effectiveness.
Collaborate with Education leadership to plan and execute long-range education projects and QI initiatives.
