Job summary

UC Irvine’s Department of Urology seeks an Education Manager to lead professional health education programs and coordinate residency, CME, and outreach initiatives. You will plan events, manage budgets, and maintain curriculum resources under the Education Division.

Reporting to the Operations Administrator, you will supervise education staff and collaborate with faculty and program directors to advance accreditation standards and educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.
• Experience in health professions education programs.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience; leadership experience.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate professional health education programs and events.
• Manage departmental events, logistics, budgets, and post-event evaluation.
• Serve as primary resource for Education Division staff.
• Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and education coordinators.
• Oversee curriculum resources, accreditation, and compliance.
• Support learners and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Provide oversight for community programs and outreach.
