Job summary
Stepping Out, a division of Options Residential, Inc., seeks a Program Coordinator to lead a Hastings, MN program site. You will manage daily operations, provide direct care to residents, and supervise Direct Support Professional staff to deliver person-centered services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services with 1 year of full-time direct care experience preferred.
- Associate degree in human services with 2 years of direct care experience.
- Diploma in human services with 3 years of direct care experience.
- 50 hours of education in human services with 4 years of direct care experience under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of one program location with a person-centered service approach.
- Provide direct care to residents and supervise Direct Support Professional staff at the site.
- Ensure adherence to Stepping Out philosophy and program standards by all staff.
- Collaborate with residents and team to promote a supportive environment.
