Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience (per listed options).
• Alternative qualifications include an associate degree with 2 years FT work experience or a related diploma with 3 years FT work experience.
• A minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services with 4 years FT work experience.
• Ability to pass MVR check, maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; and clear state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational facets of the assigned program and ensure licensing compliance.
• Hire, train, coordinate and plan client needs; supervise staff and schedule activities.
• Develop and implement staff meetings/trainings; manage client behavior support planning.
• Support residents to achieve personal goals in a safe, caring environment.
• Work both independently and with a team, using good judgment and standard policies.
