Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is seeking a Program/Administrative Coordinator to support the Institute for Immunology & Immune Health (I3H) and the Colton Center for Autoimmunity. This on-site role handles front desk duties, event planning, meetings, and communications across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience, excels at multitasking, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for I3H and Colton Center, providing high-level customer service.
  • Coordinate room reservations and manage scheduling for meetings, seminars, and events.
  • Plan and execute large- and small-scale events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with web management, communications, and listserv management for I3H and Colton Center.
  • Provide on-site coverage for seminars and programming five days per week.
