Responsibilities

• Support execution and maintenance of program plans, governance, and sponsor reporting.
• Coordinate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop agendas, schedule logistics, document decisions, and track actions.
• Maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Assist with research proposal lifecycle and preparation of materials.
