Job summary

New Mexico State University is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the NM EDGE program in Albuquerque. The successful candidate will manage AV needs, website updates, and coordination of program operations in a team-driven, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1 year of relevant experience or higher degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the NM EDGE program including programming of events using our customized enrollment system.
• Manage our electronic testing site and update the website regularly.
• Demonstrate ability to assist instructors with their AV needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical assistance to NM EDGE Team in standard operating procedures with a technical aspect.
• Generate reports for impact statements and state reporting.
• Assist with generating and distributing class completion and graduation certificates as needed.
• Assist with class delivery (currently in live online format) and respond to inquiries from public sector stakeholders.

Education
