Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Program Coordinator II for HIV & Prevention at the Adolescent Health Center. The role provides administrative, operational and programmatic support to a complex program, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include optimizing staffing and space, coordinating staff training, liaising with other departments, monitoring program effectiveness, budget support and assisting in seminars and grant administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job.
  • 3+ years experience coordinating and administering program activities for assigned area

Responsibilities

  • Ensures adequate staffing, space utilization, equipment and resources to support services and meet program goals.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust to ensure timely completion of program support activities.
  • Maintain liaison with staff in other departments to coordinate program activities and training.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee grant-related issues and reporting of program statistics.
  • Administer program procedures and disseminate information to staff per policies.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing seminars, conferences and workshops.
  • Assist in preparation of program budgets and grants; monitor expenditures.

Education
