Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a qualified Programs Coordinator to oversee fellowship programs under GME. The role requires coordinating activities, onboarding and maintaining records, and fostering external relationships with faculty and house staff.

Under general supervision, coordinates all activities and functions of several fellowship programs to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the programs are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Follows established plans on a yearly cycle in accordance with department/GME (Graduate Medical Education) requirements to ensure compliance, including recruitment and onboarding of house staff, maintenance of medical education databases, and completion of assigned projects including planning and coordinating education activities. Coordinates internal and external program relations, communicating with faculty and house staff to ensure smooth communications and effective coordination of GME training programs.
