Job summary

North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a Program Coordinator II (S) in the Durham area to provide technical and administrative support for construction project documentation and compliance in the Durham Resident Engineer’s Office.

The role includes processing monthly and final estimates, resolving pay record discrepancies, tracking Technician Certifications, and assisting with project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in evaluating and processing project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and final estimates and check calculations.
• Resolve pay record and material quantity discrepancies.
• Research project documents and track technician certifications for currency.
• Process material prepayment and assist with project meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
