Job summary

Health Connect America—Georgia HOPE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in the Georgia HOPE program. You will guide, develop, and support clinical staff to ensure compliant, outcomes-driven care within a regional team.

The role blends clinical oversight with leadership, including supervision, scheduling, and ensuring fidelity to Family Centered Treatment and related models. Strong regulatory and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, MFT).
• At least two years’ experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff, including caseload assignment, supervision, and crisis support.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by reviewing clinical documentation and managing authorizations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development with the Program Director.
• Contribute to program growth through budgeting, planning, marketing, and referral relationships.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate communication across internal teams and partners.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits while ensuring compliance.
