Austin Equity and Inclusion is hiring a Program Coordinator within the Human Rights Division.
This position will play a key role in advancing the City's human rights priorities by coordinating initiatives, fostering partnerships, and supporting implementation of recommendations identified through the City's Human Rights Impact Assessment. The successful candidate will collaborate across City departments and with community partners to develop and implement programs that address systemic barriers and improve outcomes for historically underserved communities.
The ideal candidate is an organized and collaborative professional with experience managing projects, engaging diverse stakeholders, analyzing information to support strategic decision‑making, and translating community input into actionable programs and policies. Salary: $52,550 to $61,870 annually
