Job summary

The role also covers supervising staff, managing documentation, and reporting progress to the St. Louis City Director. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in case management are preferred; salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5 years’ work experience; Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management systems.
• Ability to organize tasks, events, people, and delegate effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and strong decisionmaking skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee St. Lazare House operations and ensure client support aligns with HUD guidelines.
