AHL Healthcare Group in Zimmerman, MN is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage all operational facets of their Adult Foster Care program (At Home Living). You will oversee licensing compliance, staffing, scheduling, and client planning to help residents live happy, healthy lives.

The role emphasizes advocacy, education, and compassionate care. Qualifications include degrees in human services or related training, plus FT experience; the position offers health, dental, vision benefits and paid

Qualifications

Must have a related degree or equivalent experience in human services as listed.
FT work experience requirements vary by education level.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; computer literacy required.
Must be 18+ and pass background checks, MVR, and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Head of all operational facets of the individual program and ensure licensing compliance.
Hire, train, coordinate, schedule, and plan client needs and staff activities.
Supervise staff, develop and implement training/meetings, and manage behavior support planning.
Strengthen staff skills and help residents achieve personal goals and wellbeing.
Oversee program oversight to ensure safe, fulfilling lives for residents.
