Overview

Will actively participate in teaching health education content for K-12 students.

Will actively participate in teaching health education content for K-12 students. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. 40 Hours/Week during the school year with summers off, 0.8FTE. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends as events occur.

• Contributes to the development and maintenance of the documentation system for data collection, program evaluations, and grant management.
• Upholds professional competence, supporting program operations and providing expert consultation to team members on service challenges and dilemmas.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Health, or related healthcare field, required.
• Master’s Degree, preferred.

Licensure Requirement

Current licensure in appropriate discipline (such as registered nurse, social worker, etc.) in the State of Ohio if applicable to role, required.
