Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Health, or related healthcare field, required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current licensure in appropriate discipline in Ohio if applicable to role, required.
• Experience in health-related research, program development and management, budgeting and data management, preferred.
• One year supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program activities and communications with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Schedules resources and leads professional seminars, retreats, and team meetings.
• Documents reports tracking service outcomes, reimbursement processes, or funding requirements.
• Maintains documentation system for data collection, program evaluations, and grant management.
• Upholds hospital values and provides expert consultation to team members on service challenges.
