Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field required.
• 1-3 years of related work experience is required.
• Related work experience with grants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and supervise program activities, including day-to-day operation of the local RSVP and PA MEDI projects.
• Recruit program participants and provide orientation and placement oversight.
• Assess community needs and develop MOUs with volunteer programs.
• Develop RSVP Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center schedule and training.
• Oversee PA MEDI program operations in partnership with the College and Area Agency on Aging.
• Ensure grant compliance and adhere to regulations.
• Cultivate partnerships for employment placement; plan trainings and events.
• Collaborate on grant writing and performance reports as applicable.
• Manage data entry and documentation; assist with grant budgets and monitor discrepancies.
