Job summary

University of Texas Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas invites applications for the position of Program Coordinator with the Teacher Apprenticeship Pathways (TCP) program. The role coordinates apprentice case management, outreach, scholarships, data reporting, and collaboration with school districts and EPP staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, supporting enrollment and persistence, and ensuring compliance under the grant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social/behavioral sciences, public administration, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in education or higher education settings.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, participants, deadlines, events, records, or program activities.
• Experience preparing professional written communications, reports, presentations, or participant-facing program information.
• Ability to travel locally and attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice case management and progress support.
• Monitor apprentice participation, academic progress, employment status, and milestones.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and partner coordination.
• Represent the TCP program at events and maintain follow-up information.
