Job summary

ECU Health's Outer Banks Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating internal and external events and programs. You will support engagement, outreach, data collection, and reporting, coordinating with hospital departments and community partners.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher, 1–2 years in Marketing, Public Relations, Community Relations, or related field, and flexibility for after-hours events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Community Relations, Program Administration, or related field.
• Programs and events may take place outside of standard business hours, so flexible hours may be required at certain times.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates a variety of internal/outreach and programs.
• Monitors, tracks and reports budgetary needs. Tracks annual operating expenses for programs and creates proposals for budget planning.
• Serves as a representative on entity and community committees as needed.
• Manages program databases and produces reports as needed.
