Job summary

Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank seeks a Basic Needs Coordinator at our Miramar location to manage Diaper Bank and Period Supply programs, support data reporting, and coordinate partner services. This fully benefited, non-exempt role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and program growth across San Diego County.

The ideal candidate will have strong data interpretation skills, detailed records management, and experience building program infrastructure to increase access to essential services

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university or 3+ years in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience developing program metrics, reporting, and processes is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize information across programs for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Diaper Bank program infrastructure and partner onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports; support onboarding and training documents.
• Manage data reporting and generate monthly/quarterly outreach reports using Oasis Insight.
• Collaborate with Nonprofit Services and Director of Programs on new initiatives to expand services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
