Job summary

Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is hiring a full-time Basic Needs Coordinator at our Miramar location. The role focuses on managing Diaper Bank and Period Supply programs, data reporting, and partner collaboration in San Diego County.

Strong emphasis on inventory management, program development, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with data analysis skills, able to build relationships, and capable of enhancing program infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3 years nonprofit experience acceptable
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Valid CA Driver's License required; own vehicle recommended
• Proficient in Excel and data management tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Diaper Bank program infrastructure and onboard partners
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports for programs
• Create onboarding and training documents for staff and partners
• Coordinate with Food Bank staff on Diaper Bank and Period Supply Programs
• Allocate inventory in compliance with allocation processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on outreach and participation
• Support agency onboarding using Oasis Insight database
• Collaborate on new initiatives to increase services for food insecure households
