Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a pioneering technology innovator to transform how audiences experience audio and visual content. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support creative initiatives, manage podcasts, events, and partnerships, and help publish compelling program content across global channels.

You will coordinate sessions, oversee digital assets, craft program descriptions, and collaborate with design, social, PR, and digital teams.

• Superior organizational abilities and meticulous time management.
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack.
• Aptitude for tracking projects using Miro and Airtable, with CMS familiarity.
• Experience supporting and producing events.

Responsibilities

• Support creative enablement initiatives including a weekly podcast, music and user-generated content programs, events, grants, and partnerships.
• Coordinate podcast sessions across film/TV, music, and gaming with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee digital assets, review edits, craft program descriptions, and track deliverables with collaborators.
• Collaborate with internal design, copy, social, PR, and digital teams to develop, schedule, and launch content across channels.
• Manage digital content for the program’s website, build pages, and implement new features.
• Prepare internal and external communications, newsletters, engagement activities, and presentations.
• Support senior leadership with vendor, partner, and sponsorship contracting, onboarding, invoicing, expense reporting, and travel logistics.
• Assist leadership with research projects informing program initiatives.
• Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as the flagship podcast, grant programs, and participation in major industry events.
