Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate program services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will create and monitor service and personal futures plans, chair vacancy screenings, and ensure plans are implemented on schedule, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, and staff development to deliver high-quality supports and ensure consumer progress and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of verifiable work experience delivering services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.

Responsibilities

• Manages, coordinates, and oversees different programs and projects.
• Schedules and chairs screenings for program vacancies and develops waiting lists.
• Develops and implements service plans within 30 days of moving in and updates annually.
