Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple programs and projects. This role develops personalized service plans for each consumer and guardian and chairs team meetings to ensure progress.

It emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and timely delivery of services, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and safeguarding budgets across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
• High school diploma or GED + 3 years related experience (per regulations).
• Minimum 2 years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities; supervisory preferred.
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees different programs and projects.
• Coordinates team meetings and creates service plans for consumers and guardians.
• Ensures service plans are implemented within required timelines and regulatory standards.
• Monitors compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
