Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will create and monitor service plans for each consumer, lead team meetings, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing service plans within defined timelines, coordinating staffing, and overseeing budgeted resources while maintaining quality outcomes and safeguarding consumer well-being.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
• A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license (in most cases).

Responsibilities

• Manages, coordinates, and oversees different programs and projects.
• Coordinates team meetings with staff and create personal and service plans for each consumer and guardian.
• Develops and implements service plans within 30 days of moving in, annually, when significant changes occur, and when moving out.
• Monitors delivery of service plans and staff training; ensures compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees hiring processes and staff recruitment/retention; manages budgeted staff hours and expenditures.
