Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, offers community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Director will supervise operations, ensure compliant services, and lead a mission-driven team focused on person-centered planning and quality care.

You will manage staff, budgeting, safety, and regulatory requirements, while partnering with families and case managers to promote independence and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience considered.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports and program operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors.
• Design and monitor staff schedules; manage overtime and coverage.
• Ensure licensing compliance, documentation accuracy, and rights protections.
• Oversee program finances, budgeting, purchasing, and asset management.
• Maintain productive stakeholder relations with individuals, families, case managers and regulators.
