Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Request current PCSPs and verify they are received, current, and maintained in each member's file.
• Enter authorized goals into SpokeChoice and explain to providers what is expected under the PCSP.
• Monitor authorized service-hour utilization and remind providers to use hours appropriately.
• Verify guardian approvals and follow up on pending or missed approvals.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assign home visits and PCSP meetings; ensure related documentation is filed.
