Church World Service (CWS) is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide programmatic, operations, and administrative support to the Associate Director and program team. The role includes event coordination, knowledge management, and emergency resource distribution coordination.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years in refugee resettlement or community coordination, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in refugee resettlement or community coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely project management and administrative support to the Associate Director and the case management team.
• Support logistics including scheduling distribution events and outreach to partners.
• Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up tasks.
• Track progress on action items and deadlines, coordinating with team members.
• Support onboarding for new team members by organizing orientation materials and access to systems.
• Coordinate procurement activities and maintain records of purchases.
• Develop and update templates, forms, and reference documents.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Manage program requests and coordinate with staff and external partners.
• Oversee emergency resource tracking and distribution with case managers.
