Job summary

NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS) seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Community Programs team. This role coordinates SHIBA, MIPPA, and SMP services, helping consumers access accurate information and services.

The ideal candidate will manage volunteers and assist with outreach, training, and documentation. The position requires coordinating with state agencies and community partners, maintaining records, and delivering high-quality program support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in social services, public administration, business, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years in program coordination/volunteer management.
• Experience coordinating programs, volunteers, outreach, and community services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SHIBA, MIPPA, SMP services and provide training and guidance.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers; monitor service quality.
• Provide guidance to volunteers to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant service.
