Job summary

Pinnacle Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Independence Program Manager to provide direct support and oversight of community-based services.

You will supervise Community Support and Ryan White Specialists, coordinate scheduling, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with licensing requirements. The role emphasizes person-centered practices, teamwork, and proactive support to individuals served, their families, and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Must successfully clear a DHS background check.
• Driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation and acceptable driving record to transport clients as needed.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities or 65+.
• One of: Bachelors in related field + 1 year direct care experience; Associate + 2 years; Diploma + 3 years; or 50 hours of education/training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program service delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling for consistent service delivery.
• Provide initial and ongoing training, coaching, and direct supervision of Community Support and Ryan White Specialists.
• Document data collection and complete documents for service initiation and annual service plan reviews.
• Ensure ongoing quality assurance and compliance with policies, procedures, and 245D licensing.
