Job Title: Program Coordinator Assistant, Asian Pacific Islander Student Resource Center
Hourly Rate:$18.65 per hour; non-exempt classification
Duration: Academic Year (Fall/Spring) with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: Up to 12 hours/week (no more than 999 hours per calendar year). Schedule developed with the program coordinators
Training Period: Two months with the possibility of extension
General Statement:
Under the general supervision of a Cross Cultural Center coordinator, the Program Coordinator Assistant provides varied event and clerical support to the University-Student Union (U-SU), Cross Cultural Center (CCC). The Program Coordinator Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in planning, executing, and evaluating CCC programs and events addressing issues of oppression, marginalization, and identity and cultural exploration. The Program Coordinator Assistant supports with the general operations in one of the Student Resource Centers (Asian Pacific Islander, Chicana/o Latina/o, Pan African, and Gender & Sexuality), focusing on issues of importance to the community.
