Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Program Coordinator to deliver non-engineered Routine Work and SRP programs across regions. You will collaborate with Asset Management, C&M Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Finance to set scope, cost, schedule, and material requirements.

The role also supports Ground Line Inspection and emergent projects, broad stakeholder engagement, monthly performance forecasting, and risk escalation to ensure on-time, on-budget execution across multiple

Qualifications

Associate's degree OR HS/GED with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in scheduling and cost controls preferred.
Knowledge of ARC failure prevention and resolution techniques.
Experience with Maximo, PowerPlan, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Confirm program scope and develop annual work plans with stakeholders.
Validate estimates, fund, plan resources, and create work orders.
Assess funding needs for emergent and emergency work and set priorities.
Develop and maintain program management plans for scope, cost, schedule, and metrics.
Coordinate work with multiple teams to deliver commitments safely and on budget.
Forecast costs and schedules, report progress, and drive corrective actions.
Escalate risks affecting in-service dates or compliance.
Maintain reporting tools and ensure timely status updates.
