Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Program Coordinator in New York to deliver annual non-engineered Routine Work and SRP programs. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Finance to develop work plans, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and ensure timely closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, forecasting monthly performance, and escalating risks that could impact critical or compliant work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or HS/GED with 3+ years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of scheduling and cost controls preferred.
• Experience with Maximo, PowerPlan, and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual work plans and manage scope, cost, and schedule.
• Forecast costs and schedule outcomes; escalate risks.
• Ensure timely closeout and compliance for SRP and Ground Line Inspection programs.
