Job summary

Duke Energy is hiring a Program Coordinator in Indiana to oversee annual Routine Work and SRP programs. You will collaborate with Asset Management, C&M, Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Finance to establish plans, manage scope, cost, schedule, and closeout.

You will support Ground Line Inspection programs and emergent projects, coordinate stakeholders, forecast monthly performance, and escalate risks affecting high-priority or compliance work.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree OR HS/GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• 4 year degree is preferred for progression.
• Demonstrated working knowledge in scheduling and cost controls.
• Experience with ARC failure prevention/resolution techniques.
• Experience with Maximo and PowerPlan.

Responsibilities

• Confirm program scope and develop annual work plans with stakeholders.
• Validate estimates, secure funding, plan resources, and establish work orders.
• Coordinate planned and unplanned work with multiple teams to meet commitments.
• Monitor program performance, forecast costs/schedule, and report variances.
• Escalate risks affecting in-service dates or compliance.
