Job summary

Duke Energy in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee annual non-engineered Routine Work and SRP programs, coordinating with Asset Management, C&M Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Finance to establish work plans, manage scope, cost, schedule, and closeout.

You will support Ground Line Inspection programs, coordinate with stakeholders, forecast monthly performance, and escalate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree OR HS/GED with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with scheduling and cost controls is required.
• Familiarity with ARC failure prevention and resolution is preferred.
• Proficiency with Maximo and PowerPlan is expected.
• Knowledge of transmission systems and assets is beneficial.
• Experience with contract administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Confirm program scope and develop annual work plans with Asset Management and other stakeholders.
• Validate estimates, secure funding, plan resources, and establish work orders.
• Monitor cost and schedule, report variances, and initiate corrective action.
• Coordinate material forecasting and lead-time planning with Supply Chain.
• Escalate risks affecting in-service dates, budget, or compliance.
• Provide timely information on estimates, cost, scope, and performance variances.
