Job summary

California Baptist University is seeking a Program Coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences. The role provides administrative and programmatic support, serving as a liaison among students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community partners to promote student success and engagement.

The position coordinates programs and events, maintains records and MOUs, and assists with communications and outreach to stakeholders, while supporting internships and experiential learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Higher Education, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Two to three years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or student services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs, events, and initiatives to support student success.
• Liaise with alumni, donors, and external partners.
• Maintain records, MOUs, and performance reports.
• Develop communications to alumni and stakeholders.
• Promote College activities through marketing and digital channels.
• Assist with experiential learning opportunities and internships.
• Support Community and Global Engagement efforts.
