Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Delaware County Program. You will assist with contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake, and case management, helping families and youth access resources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, law enforcement, and community partners, with a focus on program quality and timely documentation. Flexible evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Experience with community work and knowledge of local resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth in a community setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; EHR knowledge a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement, schools, and community partners.
• Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support outcomes.
• Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and collaborations.
• Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.

Job description

Status: Part-Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate:$28.00

Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week; flexible hours - evenings and weekends may be required

Summary of the Position:The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to theDelaware County Program and Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations, including contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake and referrals, and case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining program quality, supporting participants and families, and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, schools, community partners, youth, and families.
• Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.
• Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and community collaborations
• Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, School Counseling, or Youth Development preferred.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
• Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
