Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors, and veterans.
We are seeking a part-time Program Coordinator for our Pine Grove location in Duluth, MN.
The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in ensuring that tasks outlined on resident care plans are completed and documented, observe the work of direct support staff to ensure compliance with established training and care delivery standards, assist with schedule changes, and ensure documentation is prepared in compliance with policies and regulations. The role also involves providing quality personal care services and health-related services to adults with disabilities in community settings designed to promote independence, in line with ASI's mission.
Qualifications include a two-year degree in a social services-related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Candidates should have at least two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting. Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively are essential. Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community is also required.
