Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of combined operations and administrative experience, preferably in project controls, financial analysis, or program scheduling within a defense or government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the task order’s budget baseline and perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
• Forecast Estimates at Completion (EAC) to identify variances early.
• Monitor spending and resource allocation costs to ensure contract and task order integrity.
• Develop and maintain company financial management and tracking programs / items using critical path methodology.
• Track CDRL and action items from initiation through final submission, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports, CDRLs, invoices, key events updates, and program summaries to PM ASE management and company leadership.
