Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of business management or program control experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• Earned Value management experience and knowledge of EV guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of program-related business management activities and objective attainment.
• Partner with Organizational Unit Director to ensure financial goals and customer mission.
• Develop and mentor a program control analyst team.
• Prepare Estimate-at-Complete and conduct final reviews.
• Present financial data, variance analysis, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, support negotiations, and manage cash flow.
• Support proposals, fact-finding, and major captures.
• Interface with stakeholders, customers, and auditors to ensure sound deals.
