Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL seeks a Manager Program Control 2 to lead a team responsible for EVMS implementation, funding and program financial analysis, and internal/external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Finance/Business, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• EVMS experience and financial analysis.
• EVMS software Cobra, SAP, and Excel proficiency.
• Experience presenting financial information to leadership.
• Active US Government clearance or in Continuous Evaluation process.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cost analysts and EVMS implementation.
• Oversee funding and program financial analysis.
• Support audits and contract deliverables (CFSR, CSDR, IPMR, CWBS).
• Interface with program office, leadership and external auditors on EVMS tasks and measures.
• Lead staffing, employee development and performance reviews.
