Job summary

WILLCOR Inc. seeks a part-time Junior/Mid Program Control Support to assist the International Portfolio Manager within IWS 2.0. The role focuses on DoN FMS budgeting and PPBE processes, requiring clear communication with SMEs, PAPMs, and APMs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, a SECRET clearance eligibility, and is able to operate in a Navy environment with DoD financial systems like ERP or NEPS. Telework is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of DoN FMS transactions experience
• Eligible for SECRET security clearance
• Strong communication with SMEs and government/industry partners

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the DoD PPBE process with focus on FMS transactions
• Develop and update programmatic briefings
• Develop, distribute, review, and track planning and budget documentation
• Develop what-if scenarios and provide budget recommendations
• Utilize tools to improve efficiency in Program Control processes
