Job summary

ICI Services, located in Washington, DC, is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Examine budget estimates for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter financial data into government approved systems.
  • Report financial risks and advise mitigation strategies.
  • Assist with the development of financial policies.
  • Provide support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Assist in analysis of monthly burn rate and trends.

Security Clearance

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
  • Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System.
  • Conduct analysis, report financial risk, and advise the government of strategies to mitigate the impact of financial risk.
  • Assist with the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives as required.
  • Provide support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to improve current ad hoc or documented business rules.
  • Assist in analysis of monthly burn rate analysis, trend analysis, multi‑year historical performance.
Experiences
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N‑ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
  • 4-8 years of providing financial support to a Navy Program is required.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
